Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the two private individuals in Poland who run comcom (“we”, “us”): the apps for Android, iOS and Windows, the web app at app.comcom.party and invite links. By creating an account or answering an invite you accept them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Who can use comcom
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. One person per account; do not use someone else’s account or pretend to be someone else.
What comcom is
comcom helps you plan game sessions: add friends, pick a game, create a session, invite people and answer invites. It is free. We may change, pause or stop features, and we try to tell you in advance when something important changes.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you add (your username, bio, pictures, session details, group names and guest names). You allow us to store and show it to the people it is meant for, only to run comcom. Only add things you have the right to share.
Rules
Do not:
- harass, threaten, bully or spam anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- impersonate others, or use offensive usernames, bios, group or guest names;
- collect other players’ data, scrape the service, or get around blocks, limits or filters;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or break comcom or its providers;
- use comcom for anything illegal, or to sell or advertise.
Blocking, reports and moderation
You can block players and report players or sessions in the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law. Where we can, we tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@comcom.party.
Steam, Xbox and other services
comcom can connect to Steam, Xbox, Google and Apple. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Data and features from the Steam Web API are provided by Valve Corporation “as is”, without any warranty, and may be incomplete, out of date or unavailable. comcom is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Google or Apple. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation; Xbox is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; other names belong to their owners.
No warranty
comcom is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always work, that reminders or notifications will arrive on time, or that other players will show up.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other players do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using comcom and delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms; the sections on content, warranty and liability still apply after that.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date above, and for important changes we tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using comcom after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
